Minimum Orders
Tip Top Electronic Supply will not process any orders where the total value (prior to taxes and shipping) is less than $10.00.
If the total value of any order (before taxes and shipping) is less than $10.00, we reserve the right to apply a minimum invoice charge to get the pre-tax and pre-shipping value of the order up to $10.00.
Minimum invoice amount applies, regardless of whether order is to be shipped or picked up in-store.
General Shipping Policy
Our shipping charges are calculated according to average Canada Post Expedited Parcel shipping rates, which are based on package weight, size, and shipping destination.
Orders being delivered to destinations within Winnipeg will be shipped via courier. To help keep shipping costs as low as possible, we use Canada Post Expedited Parcel service for orders being shipped to destinations outside of Winnipeg.
Orders to be shipped to United States are sent via Canada Post Expedited Parcel service.
Delivery And Lead Time
In stock items are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Actual delivery times by Canada Post ground cannot be guaranteed, but deliveries to destinations within Canada are usually completed within 1 week.
Orders being shipped to the United States or any other country outside of Canada may be subject to duties and/or customs brokerage fees. Tip Top Electronic Supply is not responsible for any duties and/or customs brokerage fees. Additionally, Tip Top Electronic Supply is not responsible for any delivery delays resulting from delays at customs.
Items That Are Out Of Stock / Backordered
Items must be pre-paid in order for backorders to be placed. Items not paid for in advance will not be backordered until payment is received. Backordered items will be shipped within 24 hours of the items being received by Tip Top Electronic Supply.
International Shipping Policy
We generally ship only to Canada and the continental United States. Customers in other locations should send email to sales@tiptopelectronics.com, with your full shipping address and the details of your order, so that we can provide you with a shipping quote. We reserve the right to decline orders, at our discretion, from any areas outside of Canada and the continental United States.
